Started operating in 1990 under the names of Hafeez Aziz Trading Company, Aziz Farid Gen Press and Lubrication Industrial Manufacturing Company, Fahim Farzam Trading Company, Super Mofid Logistics and Trading Company, Mofeed Group Manufacturing and Industrial Company and finally Durakhshan Group Company in the year It was established in 2022 and has a certificate from the Ministry of Trade and Industry of Afghanistan.
